The below terms and conditions are applicable to clients availing a service provided by Woodcraft India.
Assignment of Order. Woodcraft India reserves the right to assign subcontractors to this Order to insure the right fit for the job as well as on-time completion.
Woodcraft India does not warrant that the products sold in the website will be error-free. In no event will Woodcraft India be liable to the Client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate these products. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed serviceable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforce ability of any remaining provisions.
Copyrights and Trademarks.
The Client represents to Woodcraft India and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Woodcraft India for inclusion in products are owned by the Client, or that the Client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Woodcraft India and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Client.
Woodcraft India and its subcontractors retain the right to display graphics and other product elements as examples of their work in their respective portfolios.
Initial Payment, Final Payment and Cancellation.
This agreement begins with an initial non-refundable deposit payment of 100% of the total payable amount in this order. If the Client returns the products and applies by a registered letter for cancellation of order within 30 days of the Order Date to Woodcraft India, the Client will be provided with a final billing within 10 day of the cancellation. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed to the Client.
We agree to work expeditiously to complete the order no later than the completion date. The undersigned agrees to the terms of this agreement on behalf of his or her organization/ business.
The tested products will be delivered to the client’s address and can contact us for support (as mentioned in the agreement) after the date of delivery. All issues encountered during delivery and in the support period will be resolved without any additional cost.
Once the Order has been initiated, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
